Blake has originated and underwritten billions of dollars of loans. However, it wasn't always like that. He started his own company at 18 calling every bank in the yellow pages to become a direct lender. Blake rode the market success until one day it all came crashing down.
Since the market crash, Blake has learned a lot. He and I discuss where the market is heading in 2020 and beyond by touching on key topics such as supply and demand, why people are investing heavily in B class properties, and even why owning a home may not be the American dream anymore.
