Francisco is a CFA (Certified Financial Analyst) charter-holder and a graduate of Oklahoma City University with an MBA in Finance. Francisco's undergraduate degree was a BS in Urban Planning from Simon Bolivar University in Caracas, and he was a certified real estate appraiser.
