The Economic Impact of Real Estate Investing with George Roberts
In 2020, George purchased his first multifamily property, a C- apartment in Orlando, Florida. In 2021 George closed his first deal as a Co-GP on a 104-unit Class B apartment in Louisville, KY, and then as a GP on a 34 unit in East Tennessee. Along the way, he invested in multiple deals as a passive investor which he found to be valuable as a learning experience.
Currently, he is a Co-GP on a hotel to multifamily conversion in the Kansas City MSA. One of the best things about the Co-GP experience is the opportunity to learn about some of the more exotic deal structures from experts in the field. George is currently seeking deals from Cincinnati, OH to East Tennessee.
