How To Build A Recession-Resistant Portfolio with Hunter Thompson

Hunter had been an economics major in college when he realized that in order to build wealth he needed to have a high predictability of the outcome. Hunter had been investing in the stock market but realized that it was quite volatile and his income wasn't predicated. 

Hunter discovered that there were alternative investments to the stock market that included real estate syndication. Using the money Hunter had made playing poker in college, he purchased his first real estate property. 

Today, Hunter is very interested in investing in mobile home parks, self-storage, and until recently, senior living. He understands there is a tremendous demand for affordable housing in the US. There are trillions of dollars looking for places to spend that give a passive return. Hunter wants to make sure that during the next downturn, he has the available cash on hand to take advantage of the opportunity!
