An engineer and business guy by education, J spent much of his early career in Silicon Valley (California), where he held management positions at several Fortune 500 companies, including Microsoft and eBay.

In 2008, J and his wife Carol quit their corporate jobs, moved back East, got married, started a family, and decided to focus on real estate and investing. J is also a strategic advisor and mentor to several companies, business owners and entrepreneurs.
