Before Seth started as a real estate investor, he was on the brokerage side as an agent. Seth quickly learned as an agent that when you're not brokering the deal, you're not acquiring the asset. With this knowledge, Seth wanted to start buying properties himself.
When doing a deep dive into the world of real estate investing, Seth learned the power of leverage. He started doing deals in Toronto but hit a plateau with where he was as an investor. This is when Seth made the choice to transition from a single family to multifamily investor.
