What is the Owner Forum?
The Owner Forum is the very best multifamily and apartment investing coaching, consulting, mentoring program available on the market today! How much is the upfront investment in the Owner Forum?
Although there is no contract, we expect an Annual Commitment to your Action Plan and education in order to achieve your unique multifamily investing goals. Upon enrolling in the Owner Forum you will complete an extensive Investor Discovery Questionnaire and schedule an hour consultation meeting with Attorney Dobens, where he will provide you with a Custom Action Plan designed specifically for you and where you are in your multifamily investing journey. 
We offer 3 types of payment plans:
- 1 time payment of $9,997
- 3 payments of $3795
- 12 payments of $997 PLUS a Discovery / Action Plan Onboarding Fee of $1997
Consider your membership a monthly consulting fee to help you start and build your multifamily real estate investing business. You are building a new business. All businesses require cash, especially new businesses. You should hoard your cash! That’s why we do not charge exorbitantly priced coaching programs.

Will you be promoting other, higher-priced programs to me if I sign up?
No! The Owner Forum is my ONLY coaching program and you will never be asked to upgrade to another program. In addition, as long as you stay in the program, we will never go up on your rate. In fact, after completing one year in the Owner Forum, your rate will go DOWN to $397 per month for as long as you remain in the program! 

Is there a contract? Is there an obligation?
No, it is up to you to stay in or leave the program after your initial year. The Owner Forum exists to create value to all its members. If you aren’t achieving the educational and transactional assistance you need to keep growing your multifamily business, it is not the program for you.

Can I talk to current or former members as references for the program?
Absolutely! Just ask for references - and remember, all members are instantly connected when you enroll.
